This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel your order.
Order Cancellation Process
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. However, we offer the option to cancel orders under certain conditions. Please review the following details regarding cancellations:
1. Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched:
- Eligible for Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at supp.mameraa@gmail.com or call us at +91 8866125978. Provide your order number and request cancellation.
- Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund for the canceled order within 7-10 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Cancelling After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, if you still wish to cancel, you can refuse the delivery when it arrives, and the package will be returned to us. In this case:
- Return Process: If you refuse the package at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse. We will issue a refund once the product has been returned and inspected, minus any shipping or handling charges that may apply.
- Refund: Once the return is processed and the product is inspected, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days, but you may be charged a restocking fee or return shipping charges depending on the circumstances.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:
- Custom or Personalized Products: If you ordered a product that is customized or personalized specifically for you, it cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or during checkout are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Exchange and Return Policy

Modifying Your Order
If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the product, size, or quantity), please contact us immediately. Modifications may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. However, once the order is dispatched, no modifications can be made.
