Return and Refund Policy

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all the tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Exclusions: Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized specifically for you.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” during checkout or on the product page.
  • Intimate Apparel or Lingerie: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel or lingerie.

How to Return an Item

   • Order number and proof of purchase.
   • Name of the product(s) you wish to return.
   • Reason for the return.
   • Photos of the product if applicable (e.g., if the item is damaged or defective).

2. Return Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions. If the return is approved, we will send you an authorization number and details on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

4. Packaging: Please ensure that the product is securely packed for return in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Refund Process

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
